      • Helping out Board members in turning up and out for Measure A
      • Provides reminder that SVYD is hosting a phonebanking sessions
    3. Membership Director Dominic Treseler
      • Organizing walks for Measure A
      • Attempted to organize with No Kings but it fell through
    4. Finance Director Carlos Amaya
      • Both PAC and General account in good standing. Updating current financial info
      • Encourages members to pay outstanding dues
    5. Political Director Kadence Walker
      • Coordinating walks and phonebanking for Measure A
    6. Communications Director Kobe Lopez
  4. New Business
    1. Update from Kylie Clark on Measure A including recent developments, and opportunities for SVYD member engagement and support.
      • Yes on Measure A Campaign Manager Kylie Clark provides update on campaign final election campaign events. SVYD members are invited and encouraged to attend and participate in Get Out The Vote activities.
    2. Presentation from Lauren Babich and Kadence Walker on Proposition 50 giving an overview of the statewide ballot measure and potential impacts on California’s elections and governance.
      • Presenters discuss context of Republican-led gerrymandering actively occurring in Texas and other states. Explanation is provided on the language in Prop 50 that requires the Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission to revisit district maps in 2031 and similar proposals in Missouri and North Carolina.
      • Motion to Endorse California Proposition 50 passes unanimously
    3. SVYD Speed Networking activity to help members connect with one another, share their policy interests, and identify priorities for future programming and advocacy.
