- Presentation from Harry Neil about 2026 Regional Funding Measure for Transit (SB 63) and vote to endorse.

- Presentation from Elizabeth Agramont-Justiniano about Proposed Changes to San Jose’s Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.
- Membership discusses “Housing Day” at following San José City Council Meeting. Information and context regarding the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance and Mobilehome Rent Ordinance are shared, and various members indicate their intention to attend the City Council meeting and submit public comment.
