In fairness to all candidates endorsed by SVYD during the busy election season, please comply with the following policies regarding candidate promotion on SVYD E-Blast Newsletters and social media platforms. The SVYD E-Board will happily promote any candidate endorsed by the club or candidate event, so long as that request aligns with the mission and values of SVYD.

Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Email items for promotion on social media to the Communications Director with 72-hours notice. Please include the suggested text of the post and any media (photos, videos, linked events, etc.). The E-Board reserves the right to edit any submitted post.

Joint Events

Please give the E-Board two weeks or more advance notice to plan joint events between SVYD and the campaign unless otherwise indicated by the Executive Board.
