- Current projects include membership intake and Off the Clock Social. Membership lists audit is ongoing to ensure all information is up to date which may require members to respond to inquiries.

- Current projects include Summer Fundraiser. Shares intentions to step down as Finance Director after serving on E-Board for past 6 years.

- Review, Discussion, and Adoption of Proposed Bylaw Amendments
- President Jaria Jaug shares that updates to the bylaws are taking place to follow practice by Santa Clara County Democratic Party and to bring them in line with current and modern practices. Vice President Elise Lester guided discussion of Bylaw Amendments by article and proposed changes. Items discussed further than their introduction by Vice President Lester include: preference for opt-out for media collection at SVYD events (Article 4), clarifying that members affiliated with political campaigns must make associations known and recuse themselves if compensated by the campaign during endorsement discussions/votes (Article 7), and the circumstances in which a member may be censured for inappropriate speech or conduct (Article 9).
