Project Manager, Housing Ready Communities
The Project Manager for Housing Ready Communities will lead our efforts to build coalitions, partnerships and implement strategies to facilitate the development of Extremely Low Income and Supportive Housing in Santa Clara County, as part of the Community Plan to End Homelessness.

Administrative Associate, part-time
Lead the coordination of furniture delivery and pick-up of Welcome Home kits for formerly homeless veterans as part of the All the Way Home Campaign. This position will also provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Destination: Home staff.

Assemblymember Kansen Chu (D-San Jose) seeks a Field Representative.
